Shrigavya.com is an e-commerce site. As such, shipping to different locations is done by our carriers and couriers.

Shrigavya.com offers free shipping for all orders having a value which is exceeding ₹500, but it doesn’t mean that all products are eligible for free shipping. We know that buying online can be expensive, which is why we want you to get exactly what you want when you want it. That’s why we offer free shipping! All you have to do is an order above the value of ₹500, and we’ll take care of the rest. If your order doesn’t exceed ₹500, there will be a small charge applied for shipping and handling. And these charges exclusively depend on your location. 

Shrigavya.com is committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders within 3 to 5 working days of your order being placed. If you have placed an order with us, we will send you an email with tracking information when your order is shipped, so that you can track the information of your order at any time and anywhere. 

Reminder! Until you receive your delivery, please do not provide any OTP with the shipper.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it immediately and send you an email letting you know that your shipping has been canceled. If you cancel your order more than 24 hours before the item is shipped, or if it has already been shipped, we cannot offer a refund for any reason.

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided at our site. This address must be a physical address in India. Therefore, we request you provide a valid address otherwise we can’t be able to deliver your order to your doorstep.
