It is important to note that the return and refund policy only applies to products purchased from our website (https://shrigavya.com/). Products purchased from third-party sellers such as Amazon or eBay are not subject to our return and refund policy.
We’d like to hear more about your experience if you’re upset with your order or with the product and service, so please let us know. But remember one thing: we do not accept returns on items that have been damaged or used carelessly.
To execute an exchange or order return, you can write to us within 7 days of delivery if it is defective. When items are returned, a member of our team will inspect them to see if they can be replaced.
Every product that can be returned needs to be in saleable condition, and have the original receipt, and a return/exchange authorization number that was obtained from the dispute team. (Courier fees and packaging fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.)
We can only evaluate your return request if the goods that were shipped to you were flawed or damaged. In addition to the bill information, we may also require a picture of the damaged item.
To initiate a claim, you must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of your order from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, or via email at (shrigavya.help@gmail.com) and you will get the refund in your bank account within 7 business working days.
If your order was shipped by mistake or due to an error in the shipping information, you will be eligible for a full refund (less shipping fees). Please note that there are no refunds on digital products or gift cards.
